Investigators earlier this week executed another search warrant in connection with a recent heroin bust in St. Marys that yielded 38 bricks of heroin, additional drugs and nearly $15,000.
After receiving additional information, police recovered over $14,000 and an ATV after executing a search warrant earlier this week at 642 S. Michael St., St. Marys.
The charges stem from initial information provided in August 2017 to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation team “regarding the trafficking of heroin by John ‘Johnny’ Pistner in the Elk County area,” according to court records.
Information provided to authorities “indicated heroin was being sold by John Pistner from multiple locations,” including his Pontzer Avenue residence and his mother’s South Michael Street residence. Police identified the garage at his mother’s house as the “primary location for drug dealing.”
Additional information received between August 2017 to Thursday, Feb. 1 identified additional individuals involved in the heroin distribution, including Pistner’s longtime girlfriend, Kimberly Marie Gier, 29, of St. Marys, John Paul Gier, 29, of St. Marys, and Johnna R. Borrello, 27, of Kersey.
