Winklbauer recognized for artistic achievement

Photo submitted by Matt Frank Peter Winklbauer of St. Marys received the ECCOTA Lifetime Achievement Award for his excellence and contributions to the arts in Elk County.

With over 41 years of artistry under his belt, Peter Winklbauer of St. Marys was presented with the Elk County Council of the Arts (ECCOTA) Lifetime Achievement award during the organization's annual gala held Saturday.
"That's one of our favorite parts of this event, being able to recognize individuals and organizations from throughout the area that have really been helping to promote and support the arts," said ECCOTA Executive Director Abbi Peters.
