U.S. Farm Bill to list Pa. hardwood as "BioPreferred" product

MARYS - A recent meeting of the Allegheny Hardwood Utilization Group, or AHUG, an advocacy group for the region's forest industry, included an address from Congressman Glenn "GT" Thompson who took aim at strangulatory regulations he said interfere with the industry's ability to compete on the global stage.
