Traffic study requested, parking meter repairs topic with City Council

Parking meter repairs and a traffic study were just two topics recently discussed by City Council.
A total of 77 meters is awaiting certification by a state inspector after they were sent to Pittsburgh for recalibration. At a cost of $35 per meter, the repairs totaled $2,695.
