Thomas S. Rupprecht, 73, of 621 Maurus St., St. Marys, died at Elk Haven Nursing Home, St. Marys, on
Monday morning, June 9, 2014.
He was born Sept. 13, 1940 in St. Marys, a son of the late Alois and Mary Gleixner Rupprecht
On July 22, 1961 in St. Mary's Church he married the late Judith M. Munn Rupprecht.
He was a graduate of Central High School in the Class of 1958, and he was a member of the St. Mary's Church. He retired from St. Marys Carbon in 2002 after over 44 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca, Mrs. Donald Kentoski of Penfield and Annette Rupprecht of Johnsonburg; three sons, Ronald Rupprecht and his wife Jane of St. Marys, Matthew and his wife Dana Kuhn Rupprecht of St. Marys, and Stephen Rupprecht and his wife Vicki of Erie; three grandchildren, Danielle, Michael and Timothy Kentoski; two brothers, Jerome Rupprecht and James Rupprecht, both of St. Marys; and a sister, Martha Tucker of St. Marys.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Rupprecht, who died Jan. 8, 2011; two sisters, Grace Rupprecht and Monica Dornan; and two brothers, Robert and Herman Rupprecht.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial for Thomas S. Rupprecht which will be celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys on Wednesday, June 11 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Thomas More Sikora, O.S.B., as celebrant. There will be no visitation.
Burial will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, St. Marys.
