Seneca reports issues with city ordinance

Officials from Seneca Resources have drafted a letter to St. Marys City Council outlining various issues with the recently-adopted oil and gas ordinance.
Seneca officials claim the limitations are too restrictive and have asked the city's zoning hearing board to determine the legality of the document.
