Raymond R. Rettger

Raymond R. Rettger, 54, of 101 N. Mill St., Ridgway, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at his residence unexpectedly.
He was born in St. Marys on September 3, 1958, son of the late Charles J. and Edith Squires Rettger.
Mr. Rettger had lived in Lakewood, N.J. for many years and returned to the area two years ago. He was a graduate of St. Marys High Schoool. He enjoyed model railroading, enjoyed playing his guitar and banjo, and enjoyed Blue Grass music.
He is survived by two brothers, James Rettger and his wife Cheryl of Kersey and David Rettger and his wife Judith of Wilcox; and a sister-in-law, Donna Rettger and her family of Kersey.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lavern "Buck" Rettger and in infancy Mark Rettger.
Family and friends of Raymond R. Rettger are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 8 in the Sacred Heart Church at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Eric Vogt, OSB, pastor, as celebrant.
Burial will be in the McKean County Memorial Park.
There will be no visitation.
The Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
