Police standoff in St. Marys Friday

Photo by Amy Cherry A standoff between law enforcement and an armed man inside a Walnut Street home Friday ended with the suspect, 48-year-old Marvin Richmond, being taken into custody without incident.

ST. MARYS – Police, with guns drawn, surrounded a home in downtown St. Marys Friday in what became a brief, yet tense standoff with an armed suspect holed up inside.
