Polar Sweet Express organizers discuss event

Billie Jo Weyant, executive director of Citizens Against Physical, Sexual and Emotional Abuse (CAPSEA), and Paula Weyant, organizers of The Polar Sweet Express event held on Saturday at The Edgewood in St. Marys, discuss their reaction to the great turnout by area residents and explain how the event proceeds benefit CAPSEA's shelter for victims of abuse and major crimes in Elk and Cameron counties.
