Dr. Bruno Sicher of Wetmore Township holds a bronze plaque from Kristen King, who survived a commercial airplane crash near Bradford on Christmas Eve 1968. In her plaque, King thanks those who responded to the scene of the crash that killed 20 passengers-- including her father. King gives "a personal 'thank you'" to Sicher and Joe Gezik of James City "for saving my life." The plaque is expected to be mounted outside on the grounds at the Bradford Regional Airport.
