WEEDVILLE – A heated discussion with a Jay Township resident resulted in two members of the Jay Township Supervisors threatening to contact the state police to escort the resident from the Thursday evening meeting.
The altercation ensued following an argument between supervisors Jeremy Rippey and Francis Gustafson with resident Bob Coppolo about his outbursts to a variety of issues, specifically the difficulty Coppolo has said he has had in obtaining information from the township's sewer and water authority meetings.
