Library patrons show off creativity in Edible Book Contest

A small crowd of hungry readers gathered at the St. Marys Public Library on Saturday afternoon to see what people had cooked up for their entries into the library's first Edible Book Contest.
Those who attended were not disappointed as individuals of all ages showed off their culinary talents by concocting some creative cakes and cupcakes displaying themes or characters connected to some of their favorite books.
