Kane police nab fugitive

A fugitive from Erie was nabbed Thursday morning at a residence at 420 Welsh St. in Kane.
Kane Police Officer-in-charge Heath Boyer identified the fugitive as Christopher Middleton, 31.
According to police, the fugitive allegedly "walked away" from either a "work-release" program or a "furlough" in Erie County.
