Jennie R. Capuccini

Jennie R. Capuccini, 93, a resident of Elk Haven and a former Kersey resident, died Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Elk Haven Nursing Home after a brief illness.
She was born March 2, 1920, in Kersey, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Antonioli Capuccini.
She was a lifelong resident of the area, attended Kersey schools, and was a former employee of the Stackpole Carbon Co.
She was a member of the St. Boniface Church.
She is survived by a sister, Carolyn Miller and her husband James of State College; and by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, Rose Holtzhauser, Olive Zanolli, Mary Capuccini, Louise Gigliotti, and in infancy Mary Capuccini; and by seven brothers, Angelo, Frank, Ernest, Joseph Jr., Bruno, Andrew, and John Capuccini.
Due to the renovation of St. Boniface Church, family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial for Jennie R. Capuccini to be celebrated in the Queen of the World Church on Tuesday, June 11 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. James Faluszczak officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
