Jay Twp. public service providers get natural gas impact fee

April 21, 2013

JAY TWP. - In November of 2012, Jay Township received some $70,000 in natural gas impact fee money through Pennsylvania's Act 13 legislation.
While the supervisors previously approved use of the funds for the purchase of a $50,000 truck and creation of a $5,000 bridge project fund, a unanimous decision on how much township entities would receive has continuously eluded the board.
