Growing CAPSEA fundraiser moves to new location

ST. MARYS - The Polar Sweet Express, a one-stop shopping experience benefitting CAPSEA (Citizens Against Physical, Sexual and Emotional Abuse), is moving to a new location this year at The Edgewood located along the Million Dollar Highway in St. Marys.
