Governor Tom Corbett speaks during the National Bell Ringing Ceremony honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, Jan. 21, at the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia. Each year on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Liberty Bell is rung as a symbol of freedom and justice. This year the National Bell Ringer was Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap., Archbishop, City of Philadelphia.
