Genevieve Ohlin

Genevieve Ohlin, 87, of Suwanee, Ga., died on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.
Born in Kersey, Genevieve was a loving homemaker and devout member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. She was also an avid reader who loved to play bridge.
She married Raymond Ohlin, her husband of 59 years, who preceded her in death
She is survived by two sons, Robert Ohlin of Cumming, Ga., and Richard Ohlin (Alicia) of Marietta, Ga.; a daughter, Christine Cummings (Thomas) of Oneida, N.Y.; a sister, Betty Brouse of DuBois; five grandchildren, Olivia and Claire Ohlin of Marietta, Ga., Erin Hanley (Brian) of Fayetteville, N.Y., Thomas Cummings (Jennifer) of Manlius, N.Y. and Megan Cummings of Manchester, Conn.; and three great-grandchildren, Grace and Lydia Hanley and Kelsey Cummings.
A Funeral Mass for Genevieve Ohlin was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 28 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
