Gebauer addresses Hatch Act concern

St. Marys City Councilman Greg Gebauer addressed a concern brought to his attention questioning the legality of him holding a position on council under the federal Hatch Act due to his full-time position as Elk County Prison warden. Gebauer was found to not fall under the Hatch Act, thus holding a legal position on Council.
St. Marys City Councilman Greg Gebauer addressed a concern brought to his attention by Elk County Democratic Party chairman and fellow Councilman Bob Roberts regarding the legality of his holding a council position under the federal Hatch Act.
The Hatch Act restricts the political activity of individuals principally employed by state, county or municipal executive agencies in connection with programs financed in whole or in part by loans or grants made by the U.S. or a federal agency.

Once again you can produce your "fact's."
If you can't back up your accusations then it is just slander, untruth, etc.
Give us the details the rule or law that is broken.
Thinking outside the box when dealing with rules and regulations means you are willing to bend them, to break them to suit a situation. That is not how the world works.
I understand what has been said in the articl, but I want your facts, your research since you give the appearance that you some insight. Once again you don't, you just sit back and do your armchair quarterback game. Really Cosa you need to look at yourself.
By the way the parking garage...have you counted the number of cars the actually do use it? You said that "no one would" your quote from a few months back. Yet there are a few cars there all the time. Hmmmm...

Everytime you are challenged you never submit your facts, just opinion, which in your case is certainly not based on ANY facts.
