Early Learning Investment Commission gains momentum

That's the message being spread by Bob Esch, a member of the Pa. Early Learning Investment Commission [ELIC], an entity geared toward the construction of a public-private partnership of business leaders across Pennsylvania who advocate for quality early childhood investment.
There are reportedly roughly 80 board members representing business and education throughout the Commonwealth, but in the six-county region, Esch is it.
