When Elk County Catholic head coach Fr. Eric Vogt elected to start three freshmen this season, he said he knew they would contribute, and they all proved that on Friday afternoon as they combined for six of the team's 13 hits, including a walk-off single by Brad Dippold in the bottom of the fifth inning to give the Crusaders a 10-0 victory over crosstown rival St. Marys Area.
