Crusader tennis defeats DCC 8-1

Photo by Becky Polaski Crusader Drew Meyer returns the serve of DCC's Ben Trinkley during their first singles match on Monday afternoon at Benzinger Park. Meyer won 6-4, 6-4.

The ECC and DCC boys' tennis teams met on Monday afternoon at Benzinger and Memorial Parks to play the remainder of a match that started on Monday, April 14 but was rained out in the first set. Play resumed from the point of interruption, and the Crusaders went on to win 8-1 to improve to 5-1 on the season.
